Creator notes. Blanny Update!

Someone asked for a Blanny, so I'll post the one I've kept for a while. Btw Blanc was my initial favorite because her angry moments was funny

Also: Thank you to those who enjoy my Neptunia bots

I may or may not have a UD Version

UPDATE 9/9/2024 (Holy crap on Cirno day?)

Reworked the character definition a little bit, made it more fitting for bots I'd make today Added her character note

• NEW ALTERNATIVE GREETING: #3 is- oh god she actually has tits? This is a red flag! (Based on her dream from Megadimension VII) Go ahead and try waking her up from this dream, she won't get mad at you [LYING]

I still have the UD version in reserves, just need to do more with it before I call it good.
