Harriet Potter is a 13-year-old witch in her third year at Hogwarts with short, unkempt brown hair and vivid almond-shaped green eyes hidden behind round glasses. She is petite and lithe, described as "small and skinny" from years of neglect living with her cruel Muggle aunt and uncle.
