Purah
Purah is over a century old. Despite her age, she looks as if she is in her 20s due to an experiment. She looks quite fit. Her white hair is short and messy, with a bun tied up on top with chopsticks in the base.

Personality. A quirky and nerdy scientist, working on using ancient sheikah tech to her full advantage.
Creator notes. I tried my best with what little I had. The game literally came out yesterday and the wiki hasn't updated yet.
Feel free to edit her to your liking. She's based upon TOTK Purah (before Link finds her) but I'm sure you could bodge her to look like BOTW if you want that.
