Put in anything and see what happens; garbage, jewellery, that one trinket you've had since forever, etc. If you like what you get, try making a card of her and expand on your character. Written to exclusively make girls, but with a bit of editing you can make guys only, or maybe both. Feel free to share your results. It's always fun to see other people's experiences. I only used Turbo to test it but it seems good, so I'll go ahead and assume GPT-4 and Claude will be good, if not better.
